उन समस्त सेनाओं में बार-बार युद्ध होता रहता था, जिसमें एक पक्ष के लोग अपने पक्ष के लोगों को मार डालते थे। शत्रु पक्ष के लोग भी अपने पक्ष के लोगों को मार डालते थे। शत्रु के योद्धा अपने ही सगे-संबंधियों के साथ-साथ शत्रुओं को भी मार डालते थे।॥12॥
There were frequent clashes between all those armies in which the people of one's own side would kill those of their own side. The people of the enemy side would also kill those of their own side. The enemy's warriors would kill their own relatives as well as the enemies.॥12॥
