संजय बोले - हे राजन! जब पुरुषों में श्रेष्ठ भीमसेन अर्जुन के पास जा रहे थे, तब कर्ण उन्हें पूर्वोक्त प्रकार से पीड़ा देने लगा। उन्हें उस अवस्था में देखकर शिनिवंश के प्रधान योद्धा सात्यकि भीमसेन की सहायता के लिए रथ द्वारा उस वीर समूह के पीछे-पीछे चले।
Sanjaya said - O King! When Bhimasena, the foremost of men, was going to Arjuna, he started getting tormented by Karna in the aforesaid manner. Seeing him in that condition, Satyaki, the chief warrior of the Shini clan, followed that group of brave men in a chariot to help Bhimasena.
