यत्र ते बहवस्तात कौरवेया व्यवस्थिता:॥ १९॥
सेनां दुरोदरं विद्धि शरानक्षान् विशाम्पते।
ग्लहं च सैन्धवं राजंस्तत्र द्यूतस्य निश्चय:॥ २०॥
अनुवाद
पितामह! (असली जुआ वहाँ हो रहा है) जहाँ आपके बहुत से कौरव योद्धा खड़े हैं। इस सेना को ही जुआरी समझो। प्रजानाथ! बाणों को पासे समझो। राजन! सिंधुराज जयद्रथ को ही दाँव समझो। जुए की हार-जीत उसी पर निर्भर करेगी। 19-20।
Father! (The real gambling is happening there) where many of your Kaurava warriors are standing. Consider this army to be the gambler. Prajanath! Consider the arrows to be the dice. King! Consider Sindhuraj Jaydrath to be the bet or the stake. The win or loss of the gambling will be decided on him. 19-20.
