वीर एवं पवित्र जलसंध ने स्वर्ण कवच धारण किया हुआ था। उसकी दोनों भुजाएँ स्वर्ण बाजूबंदों से सुसज्जित थीं। दोनों कानों में कुण्डल चमक रहे थे और सिर पर मुकुट चमक रहा था। उसके हाथ में तलवार थी और उसका पूरा शरीर लाल चंदन से लिपटा हुआ था। उसने अपने सिर पर स्वर्ण की चमकती हुई माला और वक्षस्थल पर चमकते हुए पदक और हार धारण किए हुए थे।
The valiant and sacred Jalasandh was wearing a golden armour. His both arms were adorned with golden armlets. Earrings were shining in both the ears and a crown was shining on his head. He had a sword in his hand and his entire body was smeared with red sandalwood. He wore a shining garland made of gold on his head and shining medals and necklaces on his chest.
