आकृष्य राजन्नाकर्णाद् विव्याधोरसि सात्यकिम्।
अनुवाद
राजन! कृतवर्मा ने अग्नि के समान तेजस्वी और वक्र गति से चलने वाले वत्सदन्त नामक बाण को धनुष पर चढ़ाकर कान तक खींचा और उससे सात्यकि की छाती में प्रहार किया।
King! Placing the arrow named Vatsadanta, which was as bright as fire and moved in a curved manner, on the bow, Kritavarman drew it till the ear and struck Satyaki in the chest with it.
