वर्तमानाऽपि ते वीरा द्रवमाणान् महारथान्॥ ३५॥
नाशक्नुवन् वारयितुं भीष्मबाणप्रपीडितान्।
अनुवाद
यद्यपि वे सभी वीर योद्धा वहाँ उपस्थित थे, फिर भी वे भीष्म के बाणों से अत्यन्त पीड़ित होकर भाग रहे अपने महाबली योद्धाओं को रोक नहीं पाए ॥35 1/2॥
Even though all those brave warriors were present there, they were not able to stop their mighty warriors who were fleeing after being greatly afflicted by Bhishma's arrows. ॥ 35 1/2॥
