तत्पश्चात् अर्जुन ने अपनी दोनों भुजाओं से उस अतुलनीय शक्तिशाली एवं विचित्र गाण्डीव धनुष को बलपूर्वक खींचकर विधिपूर्वक अत्यन्त भयंकर महेन्द्र अस्त्र को प्रकट किया। वह अद्भुत अस्त्र अन्तरिक्ष में चमक उठा। 113॥
Thereafter, by forcefully pulling the incomparably powerful and strange Gandiva bow with both his arms, Arjuna methodically revealed the extremely fearsome Mahendra weapon. That wonderful weapon shone in the space. 113॥
