तत्पश्चात् कौरवों की सम्पूर्ण सेना में ढोल, मृदंग और नगाड़ों की ध्वनि गूँजने लगी। रथों के पहियों की घरघराहट सुनाई देने लगी। योद्धाओं की गर्जना के साथ मिलकर वे समस्त ध्वनियाँ अत्यंत भयंकर प्रतीत होने लगीं॥107॥
Thereafter the sound of drums, cymbals and drums started reverberating in the entire army of the Kauravas. The whirring sound of the wheels of the chariots could be heard. All those sounds, mixed with the roars of the warriors, seemed extremely fierce.॥ 107॥
