मैं सामवेद की ऋचाओं में बृहत्साम और गायत्री की ऋचाओं में वृहत्साम हूँ। मैं सभी महीनों में मार्गशीर्ष (अगहन) हूँ और सभी ऋतुओं में पुष्पों से युक्त वसन्त ऋतु हूँ।
I am Brihatsama in the songs of Samveda and Gayatri in the verses. Among all the months I am Margashirsha (Agahan) and among all the seasons I am the flower-bearing spring.
