हयानां च गजानां च राज्ञां चामिततेजसाम्।
प्रत्यक्षं यन्मया दृष्टं दृष्टं योगबलेन च॥ ५॥
शृणु तत् पृथिवीपाल मा च शोके मन: कृथा:।
दिष्टमेतत् पुरा नूनमिदमेव नराधिप॥ ६॥
अनुवाद
हे राजन! मैं तुम्हें हाथी, घोड़े और महाप्रतापी राजाओं की वे सब कथाएँ सुनाता हूँ जो मैंने अपनी आँखों से देखी हैं और योगबल से देखी हैं। कृपया सुनो। तुम्हारा मन उदास न हो। हे मनुष्यों के स्वामी! निश्चय ही यह सब भगवान् की कृपा मुझे प्रत्यक्ष हो चुकी है। ॥5-6॥
O king! I am telling you all the stories of elephants, horses and the illustrious kings that I have seen with my own eyes and have seen through the power of yoga. Please listen. Do not let your mind be sad. O lord of men! Certainly, all this providence of God has already become apparent to me. ॥ 5-6॥
