नित्यं हृष्टा: सुमनसो भारतैरभिरक्षिता:।
नोद्विग्ना: परचक्राणां व्यसनानामकोविदा:॥ १७॥
उपप्लव्यादथायान्तं जना: पुरनिवासिन:।
पथ्यतिष्ठन्त सहिता विष्वक्सेनदिदृक्षया॥ १८॥ |

| यहाँ बहुत से नागरिक उपप्लव्य नगरी से आते हुए भगवान श्रीकृष्ण के दर्शन की इच्छा से मार्ग में एक साथ खड़े थे। भरतवंशियों द्वारा रक्षित होने के कारण वे सदैव हर्ष और प्रसन्नता से परिपूर्ण रहते थे। उनका मन अत्यंत प्रसन्न था। शत्रु सेनाओं द्वारा उन्हें कभी विचलित होने का अवसर नहीं मिलता था। वे दुःख और संकट को नहीं जानते थे॥17-18॥ |

| Here many citizens were standing together on the road with the desire to see Lord Krishna coming from Upaplavya city. Being protected by the Bharatvanshis, they were always filled with joy and happiness. Their mind was very happy. They never got the opportunity to be disturbed by the enemy armies. They did not know what sorrow and distress were like.॥17-18॥ |
