वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं - 'हे जनमेजय! ऐसा कहकर सुन्दर शरीर, श्यामवर्ण, कमलनेत्र वाली, हाथी पर सवार द्रौपदीपुत्री श्रीकृष्ण अपने बाएँ हाथ में अत्यन्त सुन्दर, घुंघराले, अत्यन्त काले, गुँथे हुए भी कोमल, सब प्रकार की सुगन्धियों से सुशोभित, समस्त शुभ चिह्नों से सुशोभित और विशाल सर्पिणी के समान कान्तिमान केश धारण किए हुए कमलनेत्र श्रीकृष्ण के पास गईं। नेत्रों में आँसू भरकर वह इस प्रकार बोली -॥33-35॥
Vaishmpayana says: 'O Janamejaya! Having said this, the daughter of Draupadi Krishna, with beautiful body, dark eyes, lotus eyes and walking on the elephant, went to lotus-eyed Shri Krishna holding in her left hand her hair which were very beautiful to look at, curly, extremely black, soft even when tied together, fragrant with all kinds of scents, decorated with all the auspicious signs and shining like a huge serpent. With tears in her eyes she spoke thus:॥ 33-35॥
