तेषामप्यवध: कार्य: किं पुनर्ये स्युरीदृशा:॥ ४४॥

श्री कृष्ण! जो आपसे कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं रखते, जो अत्यन्त नीच और शत्रुभाव रखते हैं, उन्हें मारना उचित नहीं है। फिर जो आपके सम्बन्धी, कुलीन और हितैषी हैं, उन्हें मारना कैसे उचित हो सकता है?॥ 44॥
Sri Krishna! It is not proper to kill those who do not have any relation with you and who are completely mean and have enemy feelings. Then how can it be proper to kill those who are your relatives, noble and well-wishers?॥ 44॥
