दुर्योधन ने कहा-पिताजी! ऐसा माना जाता है कि देवकीनन्दन श्रीकृष्ण साक्षात भगवान हैं और वे इच्छानुसार सम्पूर्ण जगत् का विनाश कर सकते हैं, फिर भी वे अपने को अर्जुन का मित्र कहते हैं; अतः अब मैं उनकी शरण नहीं जाऊँगा॥7॥
Duryodhana said – Father! It is believed that Devkinandan Shri Krishna is God in person and he can destroy the entire world as soon as he wishes, yet he calls himself a friend of Arjuna; Therefore, now I will not seek refuge in them. 7॥
