रथो वेदी स्रुव: खड्गो गदा स्रुक् कवचोऽजिनम्।
चातुर्होत्रं च धुर्या मे शरा दर्भा हविर्यश:॥ १३॥
अनुवाद
उसमें रथ ही वेदी है, तलवार ही धनुष है, गदा ही भाला है, कवच ही मृगचर्म है, रथ का भार उठाने वाले चार घोड़े मेरे चार हैं, बाण ही कुशा हैं और यश ही हवि है ॥13॥
In it the chariot itself is the altar, the sword is the bow, the mace is the spear, the armour is the deerskin, the four horses that bear the load of the chariot are my four, the arrows are the kusha grass and fame is the offering. ॥13॥
