पूर्णात् पूर्णान्युद्धरन्ति पूर्णात् पूर्णानि चक्रिरे।
हरन्ति पूर्णात् पूर्णानि पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते।
योगिनस्तं प्रपश्यन्ति भगवन्तं सनातनम्॥ १०॥ |

| उस परमेश्वर से ही सभी जीव और अजीव उत्पन्न होते हैं। पूर्ण शक्ति और ऊर्जा प्राप्त होने पर ही वे जीव कर्म करते हैं। फिर परमेश्वर से परम ब्रह्म में लीन हो जाते हैं और अंत में केवल परम ब्रह्म ही शेष रह जाता है। योगियों को उस सनातन परमेश्वर का साक्षात्कार होता है॥10॥ |

| From the Supreme God all living and non-living beings are born. Only after getting full power and energy do those living beings act. Then from the Supreme they merge in the Supreme Brahma and in the end only the Supreme Brahma remains. Yogis have a vision of that eternal God.॥10॥ |
