हे भरतश्रेष्ठ! तब राजा द्रुपद प्रेम से विनीत होकर इस प्रकार बोले- 'ब्राह्मण! आपने मेरे सम्बन्धी के कहने से जो कुछ मुझसे कहा है, उसका उत्तर मेरा दूत स्वयं जाकर राजा को देगा।'॥23-24॥
O best of the Bharatas! Then King Drupada became humble with love and said thus- 'Brahmin! Whatever you have told me as per the instructions of my relative, my messenger himself will go and give the answer to the king.'॥ 23-24॥
