वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं- जनमेजय! तब गंगादेवी अपने पुत्र-प्रेम से पुनः भीष्म के पास आईं। उस समय भीष्म के नेत्र क्रोध से भरे हुए थे; इसलिए उन्होंने भी अपनी माता की बात नहीं मानी॥94॥
Vaishmpayana says- Janamejaya! Then Gangadevi came to Bhishma again out of love for her son. At that time Bhishma's eyes were filled with anger; therefore he too did not listen to his mother.॥ 94॥
