तत्पश्चात् राजा दुर्योधन की आज्ञा सुनकर वहाँ उपस्थित समस्त राजा क्रोध में भरकर अपने-अपने प्रिय आसनों से उठ खड़े हुए और अपनी परिघ के समान मोटी भुजाओं से, जो चन्दन और अगुरु से लिपटी हुई थीं तथा स्वर्णमय बाजूबंदों से सुशोभित थीं, धीरे-धीरे भूमि का स्पर्श करते हुए उठ खड़े हुए॥18-19 1/2॥
Thereafter, all the kings present there, on hearing the command of King Duryodhana, filled with anger, got up from their precious seats, slowly touching the ground with their arms as thick as Parigha, which were smeared with sandalwood and aguru and adorned with golden armlets.॥ 18-19 1/2॥
