शिबिराणि कुरुक्षेत्रे क्रियन्तां वसुधाधिपा:।
सुपर्याप्तावकाशानि दुरादेयानि शत्रुभि:॥ १४॥
आसन्नजलकाष्ठानि शतशोऽथ सहस्रश:।
अच्छेद्याहारमार्गाणि बन्धोच्छ्रयचितानि च॥ १५॥ |

| अनुवाद |
| हे भूमि के रक्षकों! तुम कुरुक्षेत्र में सैकड़ों-हजारों ऐसे शिविर तैयार करो, जिनमें तुम्हारी आवश्यकता के अनुसार पर्याप्त स्थान हो और जिन्हें शत्रु न जीत सकें। उनमें जल और लकड़ी आदि की सुविधा निकट ही हो। उनमें ऐसे मार्ग हों जिनसे खाद्य सामग्री सुगमता से लाई जा सके और शत्रु उन्हें नष्ट न कर सकें तथा उनके चारों ओर दुर्ग बना दिए जाएँ।॥14-15॥ |

They should have facilities for getting water and wood etc. nearby.
