‘श्रीकृष्ण! पूर्व दिशा लाल दिखाई देती है, दक्षिण दिशा काली दिखाई देती है, पश्चिम दिशा कच्चे घड़े के समान मैली दिखाई देती है और उत्तर दिशा शंख के समान श्वेत दिखाई देती है। इस प्रकार इन दिशाओं के रंग भिन्न-भिन्न बताए गए हैं॥ 28॥
‘Sri Krishna! The east direction appears red, the south direction appears black, the west direction appears muddy like unbaked earthen pots and the north direction appears white like a conch shell. In this manner, these directions have been described to have different colours.॥ 28॥
