न पुत्रफलभोक्ता हि राजर्षे पात्यते दिव:।
न याति नरकं घोरं यथा गच्छन्त्यनात्मजा:॥ ८॥
अनुवाद
हे राजन! जो मनुष्य पुत्र-सुख का भोग करता है, वह स्वर्ग से कभी नीचे नहीं गिराया जाता और न ही वह सन्तानहीन मनुष्य के समान घोर नरक में पड़ता है।॥8॥
O King! A man who enjoys the virtue of having a son is never thrown down from heaven. And he does not fall into the terrible hell like a man who has no children.' ॥ 8॥
