ततो वसुमना नाम वसुभ्यो वसुमत्तर:।
वसुप्रख्यो नरपति: स बभूव वसुप्रद:॥ १७॥ |

| तदनन्तर उसका पुत्र वसुमान नाम से प्रसिद्ध हुआ, वह वसुओं के समान तेजस्वी, उनसे भी अधिक धन और रत्नों से युक्त तथा उदारतापूर्वक धन दान करने वाला राजा हुआ ॥17॥ |

| Subsequently his son became famous by the name of Vasumana. He became a king as bright as the Vasus, endowed with more wealth and gems than them and one who donated wealth openly. 17॥ |
