तत्पश्चात्, कुन्तीपुत्रों के साथ सम्बन्ध स्थापित करने वाले मत्स्यराज के महल में शंख, नगाड़े, गोमुख और डम्बर आदि नाना प्रकार के वाद्य बजने लगे और साथ ही प्रचुर मात्रा में अन्न, भोजन और पेय पदार्थ भी भेंट किये ॥27-28॥
