वह महर्षि, राजा के समान है और समस्त लोकों में विख्यात है। वह बलवान, धैर्यवान, चतुर, सत्यवादी और अपनी इन्द्रियों को वश में रखने वाला है। धन और संचय की दृष्टि से वह इन्द्र और कुबेर के समान है।॥14॥
He is like a great sage, a king and is famous in all the worlds. He is strong, patient, clever, truthful and has controlled his senses. In terms of wealth and accumulation, he is like Indra and Kuber. ॥ 14॥
