इसी प्रकार भीतरी महल में रहने वाली स्त्रियों ने भी बताया कि कौरवों ने हमारे गोवंश के गोवंश छीन लिये हैं, अतः क्रोध और पराक्रम से भरकर भूमिंजय का पुत्र बृहन्नला के साथ अकेले ही उन गायों को वापस लाने के लिए निकल पड़ा है।
