| थोड़ी ही देर में सारा युद्धक्षेत्र अचेत सैनिकों के शवों से पट गया। तीखे बाणों से मारे गए हाथी सवारों, घुड़सवारों और रथ के आसनों से गिरे हुए सैनिकों के शवों से भूमि ढँक गई। उस समय ऐसा प्रतीत हो रहा था मानो अर्जुन धनुष हाथ में लिए हुए युद्धभूमि में चारों ओर नृत्य कर रहे हों। |
