आज मैं अर्जुन की उस प्रचण्ड अग्नि को बुझा दूँगा जो अग्नि के समान प्रचण्ड है, तलवार, शक्ति और बाणों के ईंधन से प्रज्वलित हो रही है और अपने शत्रुओं को जला रही है। मेरे घोड़ों का वेग पूर्वाभिमुख वायु के समान होगा। रथों की गर्जना बादलों के समान गर्जना के समान होगी और बाणों की धारा जल की धारा के समान होगी॥14-15॥
Today I will extinguish the burning fire of Arjuna, who is fierce like fire, is blazing with the fuel of sword, power and arrows and is burning his enemy. The speed of my horses will act as the east wind. The roar of the chariots will be the deep roar of the clouds and the stream of arrows will act as a torrent of water.॥14-15॥
