उत्तर उवाच
परमोऽनुग्रहो मेऽद्य यतस्तर्को न मे वृथा।
न हीदृशा: क्लीबरूपा भवन्ति तु नरोत्तम॥ १६॥
अनुवाद
उत्तरा बोली - हे पुरुषश्रेष्ठ! आज आपने मुझे सब कुछ बताकर मुझ पर बड़ी कृपा की है। ऐसे गुणों वाले पुरुष नपुंसक नहीं होते, इसलिए मेरे मन में जो तर्क उठ रहा था, वह व्यर्थ नहीं गया।
Uttara said - O best of men! Today you have been very kind to me by telling me everything. Men with such characteristics are not impotent, therefore the reasoning that was arising in my mind was not futile.
