अथैनमब्रवीत् पार्थो भयार्तं नष्टचेतसम्।
यदि नोत्सहसे योद्धुं शत्रुभि: शत्रुकर्षण।
एहि मे त्वं हयान् यच्छ युध्यमानस्य शत्रुभि:॥ ४६॥
अनुवाद
जब वह भयभीत होकर अपनी सुध-बुध खोने लगा, तब अर्जुन ने उससे कहा- 'हे शत्रुओं का नाश करने वाले! यदि तुममें शत्रुओं से लड़ने का साहस नहीं है, तो आओ; मैं उनसे युद्ध करूँगा। तुम मेरे घोड़ों की लगाम थामो।'
When he became frightened and started losing his senses, Arjun said to him- 'O destroyer of enemies! If you do not have the courage to fight with the enemies, then come; I will fight them. You hold the reins of my horses.
