सुशर्मा समस्त साधनों से सुसज्जित होकर पहले मत्स्य देश पर आक्रमण करें। फिर एक दिन बाद हम लोग भी पूर्ण संगठित होकर मत्स्यराज के समृद्ध राज्य पर आक्रमण करेंगे॥ 22॥
Susharma, being equipped with all the resources, should first attack Matsya country. Then, after a day, we too, being fully organized, will attack the prosperous kingdom of the Matsya King.॥ 22॥
