‘इसलिए इस समय तुम अपनी सेना, कोष और नीति ऐसी रखो कि समय आने पर हम लोग उनसे उचित सन्धि (बैठक या युद्ध का लक्ष्य) कर सकें।॥8॥
‘Therefore, at this time you should keep your army, treasury and policy such that, when the time comes, we can enter into a proper treaty (meeting or aiming at a battle) with them.॥ 8॥
