या तो वे किसी अत्यंत गुप्त स्थान में छिपे हुए हैं, अथवा समुद्र के उस पार चले गए हैं। यह भी सम्भव है कि अपने को वीर समझने वाले ये पाण्डव उस महान् वन में अजगरों द्वारा निगल लिए गए हों॥17॥
‘Either they are hiding in a very secret place or they have gone to the other side of the ocean. It is also possible that these Pandavas who considered themselves to be valiant may have been swallowed by pythons in that great forest.॥ 17॥
