न हि दु:खं समाप्नोषि सैरन्ध्री यदुपाश्नुते।
तेन मां दु:खितामेवं पृच्छसे प्रहसन्निव॥ २२॥

क्या आप सैरन्ध्री के दुःख को दूर नहीं करेंगे अथवा आप उसे अनुभव करने में असमर्थ हैं; क्या इसीलिए आप मुझ दुःखी का उपहास करने के लिए ऐसा प्रश्न पूछ रहे हैं?॥ 22॥
Are you not going to alleviate the suffering that Sairandhri is going through or are you unable to experience it; is that why you are asking such a question just to make fun of me, the suffering one?॥ 22॥
