अच्छी नीति से सुरक्षित वस्तु भी यदि ईश्वर की इच्छा के विरुद्ध हो, तो भाग्य द्वारा नष्ट हो जाती है; इसलिए बुद्धिमान पुरुष को भाग्य को अपने अनुकूल बनाने का प्रयत्न करना चाहिए ॥9॥
Even a thing which is protected by good policy is destroyed by the fate if it is against the will of God; hence a wise man must try to make the fate favorable to him. ॥9॥
