भीमसेन! आप जानते ही हैं कि मैं पहले कितना सुखी था। जब से मैं यहाँ आया हूँ और दास बना हूँ, तब से दूसरों पर आश्रित रहने के कारण मुझे शान्ति नहीं मिल रही है। मैं इसे ईश्वरीय लीला ही मानता हूँ। जहाँ शक्तिशाली धनुषधारी अर्जुन भी राख से ढकी हुई अग्नि के समान महल में छिपे रहते हैं। ॥16-17॥
Bhimsena! You know how happy I was earlier. Ever since I have come here and have been made a slave, I have not been able to find peace at all due to being dependent on others. I consider this to be the divine play. Where even the powerful Arjuna, who wields a powerful bow, lives hidden in the palace like a fire covered with ashes. ॥16-17॥
