तत्पश्चात् सभी पापों से मुक्ति देने वाली वैतरणी नदी की यात्रा करनी चाहिए। वहाँ जाकर विराजतीर्थ में स्नान करने से मनुष्य चन्द्रमा के समान प्रकाशवान हो जाता है।
Thereafter one should travel to Vaitarni river which liberates one from all sins. By going there and taking a bath in Virajtirtha, one becomes as luminous as the moon.
