विदर्भसरसस्तस्माद् दैवदोषादिवोद्धताम्।
मलपङ्कानुलिप्ताङ्गीं मृणालीमिव चोद्धृताम्॥ १३॥
पौर्णमासीमिव निशां राहुग्रस्तनिशाकराम्।
पतिशोकाकुलां दीनां शुष्कस्रोतां नदीमिव॥ १४॥ |

| ऐसा प्रतीत होता है मानो यह कमल प्रारब्ध के दोष से विदर्भ के सरोवर से निकाला गया हो । इसके मलिन अंग कीचड़ से सने हुए पाइप के समान प्रतीत होते हैं । यह पूर्णिमा की रात्रि के समान प्रतीत होता है, जिसका चन्द्रमा राहु द्वारा ग्रहण किया हुआ प्रतीत होता है । पति के शोक से व्यथित और दुःखी होकर यह सूखे जल प्रवाह वाली नदी के समान प्रतीत होता है ॥13-14॥ |

| It seems as if this lotus has been pulled out from the lake of Vidarbha due to the fault of destiny. Its dirty body parts look like a pipe covered with mud. It looks like the night of the full moon, whose moon seems to have been eclipsed by Rahu. Being distressed and miserable due to the grief of her husband, it looks like a river with dry water flow.॥13-14॥ |
