सर्वथा धर्ममूलोऽर्थो धर्मश्चार्थपरिग्रह:।
इतरेतरयोर्नीतौ विद्धि मेघोदधी यथा॥ २९॥ |

| 'धन का कारण धर्म है और धन कमाने से धर्म की प्राप्ति होती है। जैसे बादलों से समुद्र का पोषण होता है और समुद्र बादलों को तृप्त करता है। इसी प्रकार धर्म और धन को एक-दूसरे पर आश्रित समझना चाहिए।॥29॥ |
