गुणाभावे फलं न्यूनं भवत्यफलमेव च।
अनारम्भे हि न फलं न गुणो दृश्यते क्वचित्॥ ५२॥ |

| यदि कर्म का कोई अंश लुप्त हो, तो उसका फल अल्प हो सकता है। यह भी संभव है कि फल मिले ही न। किन्तु यदि कर्म आरम्भ ही न किया जाए, तो उसका फल कहीं दिखाई नहीं देगा और न कर्ता का कोई गुण (पराक्रम आदि) ही दिखाई देगा ॥52॥ |
