धातापि हि स्वकर्मैव तैस्तैर्हेतुभिरीश्वर:।
विदधाति विभज्येह फलं पूर्वकृतं नृणाम्॥ २१॥
अनुवाद
जगत् का आधार परमेश्वर भी पूर्वोक्त कारणों से जीवों के हठ आदि कर्मों का विभाजन करके उन्हें इस लोक को प्राप्त कराता है और पूर्वजन्मों में किए हुए कर्मों के फलस्वरूप ही मनुष्यों को इस लोक को प्राप्त कराता है ॥ 21॥
The Supreme God, the support of the world, also divides the respective karmas of the living beings for the reasons mentioned above, such as stubbornness etc., and makes the human beings attain this world as a result of the karma done by them in their previous lives. ॥ 21॥
