अकामो वा सकामो वा स समेष्यति ते वशे।
विबुधो मन्त्रसंशान्तो भवेद् भृत्य इवानत:॥ १८॥
अनुवाद
वह देवता चाहे निष्काम हो अथवा कामनायुक्त, वह मन्त्र के प्रभाव से शान्त है, वह विनीत सेवक की भाँति तुम्हारे पास आएगा और तुम्हारे वश में हो जाएगा ॥18॥
Whether that god is desireless or has desires, he is peaceful due to the influence of mantra, he will come to you like a humble servant and will be under your control. 18॥
