अवध्यो ह्यसि भूतानां कुण्डलाभ्यां समन्वित:॥ १२॥
अर्जुनेन विनाशं हि तव दानवसूदन:।
प्रार्थयानो रणे वत्स कुण्डले ते जिहीर्षति॥ १३॥
अनुवाद
कान! यदि तुम इन दोनों कुण्डलों से सुसज्जित होगे, तो समस्त प्राणियों के लिए अविनाशी रहोगे। बालक! दैत्य इन्द्र युद्ध में अर्जुन के द्वारा तुम्हारा विनाश चाहते हैं। इसीलिए वे तुम्हारे दोनों कुण्डलों को छीन लेना चाहते हैं। 12-13॥
Ear! If you are equipped with these two earrings, you will remain indestructible to all living beings. Child! Demon Indra wants your destruction through Arjun in the war. That is why they wish to take away both your earrings. 12-13॥
