तदनन्तर सृष्टिकाल में सत्त्वगुण की अधिकता के कारण भगवान योगनिद्रा से जागे। जब वे जागे तो उन्होंने सम्पूर्ण जगत को सूना पाया। महर्षिगण भगवान नारायण के सम्बन्ध में यहाँ इस श्लोक का उदाहरण देते हैं-॥41॥
