दासोऽस्मीति तथा वाच्यं संसत्सु च सभासु च।
एवं ते जीवितं दद्यामेष युद्धजितो विधि:॥ ११॥

राजाओं की सभा में तुम्हें सदैव महाराज युधिष्ठिर का सेवक कहलाना चाहिए। यदि तुम यह शर्त स्वीकार कर लो, तो मैं तुम्हारे प्राण छोड़ सकता हूँ। युद्ध में पराजित के लिए विजयी पुरुष का यही नियम है।॥11॥
You should always introduce yourself as the servant of Maharaja Yudhishthira in the assemblies of kings. If you accept this condition, I can spare your life. This is the rule of the victorious man for the defeated in a war.'॥ 11॥
