जो मित्र पति के प्रिय हैं, जो उसके प्रति समर्पित हैं और जो उसके हितैषी हैं, उन्हें विविध उपायों से भोजन कराना चाहिए और जो उसके शत्रु हैं, जो उपेक्षापूर्ण और हानिकारक हैं, अथवा जो उसे धोखा देने के लिए तत्पर हैं, उनसे सदैव दूर रहना चाहिए ॥9॥
Those friends who are dear to the husband, who are devoted to him and who are well wishers, should be fed by various means. And those who are his enemies, who are neglectful and harmful, or who are ready to cheat him; always stay away from them. ॥ 9॥
