अनुशास्ति च भूतानि कार्येषु बलसूदन:॥ १०॥

वे दुष्टों का संहार करते हैं और उत्तम व्रतों का पालन करने वाले पुण्यात्माओं को जीवन प्रदान करते हैं। बल नामक दैत्य का वध करने वाले इन्द्र समस्त प्राणियों को आवश्यक कार्यों में संलग्न होने का आदेश देते हैं॥10॥
He kills the wicked and gives life to the virtuous who follow the best vows. Indra, who kills the demon named Bala, orders all beings to engage themselves in essential tasks.॥10॥
