गुणैर्भूतानि युज्यन्ते वियुज्यन्ते तथैव च।
सर्वाणि नैतदेकस्य शोकस्थानं हि विद्यते॥ १९॥ |

| जैसे सभी प्राणी तीनों गुणों के फलस्वरूप नाना प्रकार के पदार्थों आदि से युक्त होते हैं, वैसे ही वे वियोग भी प्राप्त करते हैं। अतः एक वस्तु का संयोग और दूसरी वस्तु का वियोग वास्तव में दुःख का कारण नहीं है॥19॥ |

| Just as all beings unite with various objects etc. which are the result of the three Gunas, they also get separated in the same manner. Therefore, the union with one thing and the separation from another is not really the cause of grief.॥ 19॥ |
