जैसे कमल के पत्ते पर पड़ी हुई जल की बूँद अनासक्त रहती है, वैसे ही आत्मदेव (आत्मा) इस स्थूल शरीर में अनासक्त भाव से निवास करते हैं। वे क्षेत्रज्ञ हैं, उन्हें तुम जानो। उन्होंने योग के द्वारा अपने मन और बुद्धि पर नियंत्रण प्राप्त कर लिया है और वे सनातन हैं ॥20॥
Just as a drop of water lying on a lotus leaf remains unattached, similarly the Atmadev (soul) resides in the physical body without attachment. He is the knower of the field, you must know him. He has gained control over his mind and intellect through yoga and he is eternal. ॥20॥
