ब्राह्मण उवाच
पार्थिवं धातुमासाद्य शारीरोऽग्नि: कथं भवेत्।
अवकाशविशेषेण कथं वर्तयतेऽनिल:॥ १॥
अनुवाद
ब्राह्मण ने पूछा - व्याध! शरीर में स्थित अग्निरूपी प्राण पार्थिव धातु का आश्रय लेकर किस प्रकार जीवित रहता है? तथा प्राणवायु (रस-रक्त-दिका) नाड़ियों के विशिष्ट मार्गों से किस प्रकार संचालित होती है? 1॥
The Brahmin asked – Huntsman! How does the fire-like prana residing in the body survive by relying on the earthly metal? And how does the vital air (Rasa-Rakta-dika) operate through the specific pathways of the nerves? 1॥
